Livist Resorts Group unveils first Petchabun in Thailand luxury designer boutique resort

Livist Resorts Group, owned by the D Living Properties Co., Ltd. Revealed its first property Livist Design Resort Pechabun, the first 5-star luxury urban design boutique resort to be opened in Petchabun, City of the Mist, Northern Thailand scheduled for a soft opening by November 2019.

According to Mr. Patchara Wongboonsin better known as khun Jo, Livist Design Resort defines the heart of Petchabun which is Khao Kho mountain. Khao is mountain and Kho is Livistona trees. We name this resort as Livist, he said, claiming it as our brand is also part of the heart of Petchabun Province. Even though the site is located in the city area of Petchabun, we can see the 180 degrees view of the sierra of Khao Kho and Korat Plateau (Khon Kaen) clearly.

The property is eco-friendly using water preservation and recycling programs to limit its carbon footprint. A large part of the resort’s uniqueness is its aim to operate in a completely ‘green’ way. The total amount of energy the hotel consumes, from staff commutes to food and beverage delivery to the energy used by each guest, will be tracked to calculate its carbon footprint. “Along with being eco-friendly, our goal is to help our guests immerse themselves in Petchabun’s experience,” Azuan said.
